Come support the vision of Sigma Theta Tau...in your
local community!!!!
1. Opportunity to serve: Volunteer to
stuff bags for the Komen Foundation's Tri for the Cure. Meet
at Greenwood Community Church off Bellview and Holly from 0900 to
1200. 27 volunteers are needed. If you are planning to
attend please go to the website for Tri for the Cure Denver, http://www.triforthecure-denver.com/volunteer click
on the "Volunteer" tab to sign up. Please let them know you
are with the Alpha Kappa Chapter at Large of Sigma Theta Tau.

2. Opportunity to serve: Volunteer with the
Denver Museum of Nature and Science as an Expedition Health Exhibit

3. Opporutnity to serve: Supply drive for
Ronald McDonald House. We will be doing a supply drive
starting at our August meeting continuing thru September
and ending at the Fall Program on October 24th, 2011. At the
August meeting collection boxes will be handed out to the schools
and any community members who have a place for them! Please
call or e-mail Heather Soistmann @ 303-399-7760 or soistmann.heather@tchden.org
if you would like a box to collect supplies at your location.
Please plan to bring all collections to the fall meeting. See
atached flyer for list of supplies needed.
