NIGHTINGALE AWARDS

“From among the 15 finalists, those chosen to be recipients were Jane Foster from the Quality Health Network in Grand Junction, Kiska May from our Denver VA, Mary McMahon from Colorado Springs Memorial Hospital, Sharon Pappas from Porter Hospital and Centura Health System, Editha Pasion from Exempla St. Joseph Hospital, and Susan West from UCH.

Among the finalists from the College and University Hospital were Kathy Bunzli, Amiee Orf, Mary Lou Robinson, and Susan West.  All were recognized by their colleagues, families, and friends at the event.  Mary Lou and her UCH colleagues were selected from among 181 nominees from the Denver Metro area – being selected from a group size is a singular honor.  Each AHEC region conducts a nomination process to achieve the 15 finalists.”
